⭐ Working Principle: Three-Pass Wet-Back Design

(1) First Pass – Wave Furnace (Radiant Heating)

Fuel is fully atomized by the high-efficiency burner and forms a strong flame inside the large wave furnace. Radiant heat is absorbed efficiently, ensuring complete combustion.

(2) Second Pass – Reversal Chamber + Threaded Flue Tubes

High-temperature flue gas flows through the rear reversal chamber and enters the threaded flue tubes, creating strong turbulence and improving heat-transfer efficiency.

(3) Third Pass – Front Smoke Chamber + Plain Tube Bundle

After heat exchange in the second pass, gases enter the third-pass plain tubes for further cooling before being discharged through the chimney.
