Fuel supply

 boiler fuel is BMF(Biomass Molding Fuel) fuel, fuel get into boiler top bunker by transporting machine, and then by a screw feeder into furnace, evenly scattered on the fire grate.

Burning Fuel be sent into furnace by screw feeder , here due to high temperature flue gas and first air working gradually preheating and drying, fire, burning, in the process large number of volatile, burn vigorously.Produced high temperature gas scour main heating surface of boiler, after entering boiler tail heating surface economizer and air preheater, again into the dust collector, finally through the chimney into the atmosphere.Not gasification fuel edge to grate back part, until it is burnt out, finally rest of small amount of ash falling into a grate at the back of slag machine.

Environmental emission

Ash from burning of BMF accounted for about 1.5% of fuel, for convenience of ash discharge and boiler rear decorated with spiral slag machine,can make continuous ash removal.Boiler tail flue arrangement with dust collector to ensure that the carbon based on environmental protection requirement.

Boiler efficiency

Biomass boiler efficiency is generally over 80%, the boiler model is bigger, burning more fully, the boiler efficiency is higher.The highest reached 88.3%, 15% higher than average efficiency of coal-fired boiler.
